Products and Services: Detailed descriptions of products, pricing, and availability are provided on the website. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.
Ordering and Payment: Orders can be placed through our website. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards, PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay. Cash on delivery is available for orders delivered in Croatia (fee €3.00). All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Shipping and Delivery: We deliver within Croatia and to Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Hungary, Slovenia and Denmark. Shipping in Croatia costs €4.90 and is free on orders over €50. International shipping costs €9.00 and is free on orders over €100. Delivery times and costs are also shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Returns and Refunds: Customers can exchange or return products within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are unworn, with tags and in their original packaging. Exchanges are free, shipping included. For a refund, the return shipping is paid by the customer. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Liability: Gianna Shoes d.o.o. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit your statutory rights as a consumer.
