Orders & delivery
How long will my pair take to arrive?
Croatia: 2–4 business days.
Other EU countries: 3–10 business days.
We dispatch every order within 2 business days with GLS. You get a tracking link by email as soon as your pair ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Croatia: €4,90, free on orders over €50.
Slovenia, Austria, Germany, Czechia, Hungary and Denmark: €9,00, free on orders over €100.
The exact amount is always shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna or Apple Pay. In Croatia you can also pay cash on delivery (+€3,00).
Returns & exchanges
How do I exchange or return a pair?
Email help@nallan.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Tell us your order number, the pair and size, and whether you want an exchange (and the new size or colour) or a refund.
We reply within 1 business day with your return reference and the address. How returns work
Are exchanges and refunds free?
Exchanges are free, shipping included. If you’d rather have your money back, we refund 100% of the price of your pair to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving it back. The return shipping is paid by you.
Can I return a pair I’ve worn outside?
Under our 30-day promise, no. The 30 days are for trying them on at home: the pair must be unworn, with the tags on, and free of scuffs, sole wear or stains.
This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.
What if my pair arrives damaged or faulty?
Please check your order when it arrives. If something is wrong, email a photo to help@nallan.com and we send a replacement free of charge.
Care & cleaning
Can I wear my pair in the rain?
Light rain is fine. Leather and suede aren’t waterproof, so avoid puddles and heavy rain. If your pair gets wet, wipe it dry and let it air out at room temperature, away from direct heat.
How do I keep the leather looking good?
Wipe smooth leather with a soft, dry cloth. Leather naturally deepens in colour and softens with wear; conditioning it twice a year keeps the colour even. The care tips for your material are on each product page.
Sizing & fit
Do they run true to size?
Yes, for most feet. If you’re between sizes, or have a wide or high-arched foot, size up by one. Each product page has a size guide.
Will the leather stretch with wear?
A little. Leather softens and moulds to your foot with wear, getting more comfortable without losing its shape.
